Beds and Lofts
Adjusting the height of your bed is one way to maximize the space in your room. We can help you choose the right height for you.
Junior loft is the typical bed height in all residence halls and gives some extra space for storage. If you prefer your mattress to be a bit lower, you may want to consider the low loft option. You can submit a request by clicking the button below. High lofts are no longer an option in any of the residence halls.
Your first loft request is free. If you change your mind about how you want your bed lofted after we've already completed your request, the fee for each additional request is $50.
We can no longer guarantee bed lofts prior to arrival. Loft requests are not accepted after August 1.
We are no longer accepting bed lofting requests for students that moved into the residence halls in August.
If you just moved into the residence halls or will move in soon, complete a work request to request a bed loft.
If you are moving into a new room starting in the spring, you can make a loft request.
Fall residents:
We will accept bed lofting requests for the fall semester starting in mid-June.
Current spring residents:
Complete a work request to request a bed loft if you are a student that has just moved into the residence halls. We are no longer accepting bed loft requests from students already living on campus.
