Huskie Marching Band House

Interested in living with others who march to the same beat as you? You're in luck!

The newly established Huskie Marching Band House (HMB) allows students of all different majors to live and learn together while fostering the NIU Huskie Pride spirit. The Huskie Marching Band (HMB) has earned the title "Pride of the Midwest" for its commitment to keeping the festive and fun vibe going whether on the football field at half-time, at parades, or any number of university-sponsored events.

This residence hall living option, located in Gilbert Hall is specifically open to students that have been accepted in the HMB program. When you live in the HBM house, you will have to opportunity to make new friends, grow as a leader, and showcase your music, dance, instrumental or drill talents.

Log in to MyHousing and follow the instructions for selecting a new room and meal plan. If you meet the above requirements, you will be able to select a room in the Huskie Marching Band House.Note that depending on the time of the year, room selection may be unavailable to you.
