Rent includes all utilities (water, trash, electric, gas), high-speed Internet, and cable. No security deposit is required. Contracts are billed per semester (August, January and May) through the University billing process. University Parking Permits are required if you choose to bring a vehicle to campus. Financial aid packages can be used to pay for this housing.
